Median XL replaces the items of classic Diablo II: new base items in six quality tiers, new uniques, sets and runewords, more gems and runes, and many new cube recipes.

• Unique items: the tiered and sacred uniques, and where they drop.
• Set items: Median XL's sets for advanced characters and their bonuses.
• Runewords: single-rune runewords and the item types they need.
• Gemwords: words made with gems instead of runes.
• Gems and runes: what each gem and rune gives in weapons, armour and shields.
• Special items: charms, elixirs, quest items, cube reagents and other items that fit no other list.
• Horadric Cube: the cube recipes, from upgrades to crafting.
