Stormblast is a Barbarian skill of the Melee tree (required level 24).

One might think a barbarian warrior whetting a perfectly good axe for hours at a time has nothing better to do. In fact, he is invoking the thunderbird spirit, or in civilised terms, inducing a high voltage static charge in the metal.
